START YOUR JOURNEY TODAY

CERTIFIED & EXPERIENCED

Introducing Chris, your dedicated personal trainer who understands that a healthy lifestyle isn’t about pushing you to your limits until you can’t walk out of the gym. Chris recognizes that life is already filled with its share of stress, and his approach to fitness reflects that wisdom.

Chris’s methodology centers around pure strength training, emphasizing quality over quantity. Rather than relentless high-intensity workouts, he takes a more holistic approach akin to a doctor-patient relationship. Chris carefully prescribes exercises tailored to his clients’ needs and abilities, ensuring that every session is both effective and enjoyable.

Working primarily with high-functioning clients, Chris recognizes the importance of addressing cardiovascular health to combat the daily stresses of modern life. He integrates cardio exercises into his programs, not just to strengthen the body but also to support the heart and overall well-being.

Chris is also a firm advocate for a local and organic dietary approach, steering clear of synthetic-derived food and supplements. He understands that true health begins with what you put into your body, and he guides his clients toward making informed, wholesome nutritional choices.

But Chris’s commitment to his clients doesn’t stop at the physical realm. He’s also an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, harnessing the power of EFT to address the mental and emotional aspects of health. Teaching his methodology to his clients has empowered them to overcome mental barriers in their journey to optimal well-being.

When you choose Chris as your personal trainer, you’re not just signing up for fitness sessions; you’re embarking on a holistic path to wellness. With his expert guidance, you can achieve your fitness goals, maintain a clean and organic diet, and gain the tools to conquer mental hurdles along the way. Say goodbye to overwhelming sweat sessions and welcome a more sustainable, well-rounded approach to health and happiness with Chris.

FAR FROM YOUR AVERAGE COACH

Far from your average coach, my journey to today has been anything but smooth sailing. To explain, let me start from January 1, 2014. The day I decided to give up alcohol once and for all.

Before that day, at the age of 18, I had gotten my personal trainer certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. But, even as a personal trainer, I wasn’t living a truly healthy life. Actually, I was living a life full of struggles, mental health issues, and anxiety. I knew very well that alcohol and medications (antidepressants and anxiety medication) were major players in my lack of well-being. So I quit alcohol and tapered from antidepressants and anxiety medication for my own good.

It took some time. But after that day I slowly but surely not only saw my mind change, I saw my body too! At first, I noticed I had more energy and could push harder in the gym. Then, my skin started to become brighter. Finally, I was able to break my own physical and mental limitations. Yes, I was gaining new muscle in places I never thought possible.

Truthfully, it’s amazing what can happen when you’re feeding the body and mind properly, and not abusing it. Over time, I began implementing my personal strategies into my clients’ goals and started seeing amazing results. Ultimately, my dream is to help others conquer their own obstacles regardless of etiology.

Phew… even saying it gets me super excited!

So far, my journey has opened up lots of doors, like SoulCycle. After getting sober, a good friend of mine introduced me to this amazing spin class. Eventually, I decided to audition to become a trainer. A week later I was flown out to NYC to train with the Masters. From there, I decided to stay for two years in NYC before returning to Newport Beach and helping to open up SoulCycle La Jolla, where I worked on developing the best training techniques.

Dedicated to furthering my own brand, eventually, I parted ways with SoulCycle in order to have time to train my own clients. Again, I wanted to be able to help see whole body and mind transformations. And, that is where I am today, working to change lives.
